Jeep Australia hosted 400 of the country’s most influential socials at the 2013 Jeep Portsea Polo at the weekend. The Jeep Grille was the place to be seen, housing the likes of Michael and Lindy Klim, Scherri Lee Biggs, Andy Lee, Australian fashion blogger Jess Dempsey of What Would Karl Do and AFL Richmond Football Club players and their beautiful partners Trent Cotchin and Brooke Kennedy, Jack Riewoldt and Carly Ziegler and newlyweds Brett and Katie Deledio.
True to Jeep’s “Don’t Hold Back” mantra, the 5000 Jeep Portsea Polo attendees were privy to witness a parachute jumper launch from 5000 feet above the Point Nepean Quarantine Station landing on the polo field, which kick started the Jeep Portsea Polo Cup.
Jeep ambassador and celebrity chef Ben O’Donoghue jumped behind the Jeep Grille to prepare a his favourite dishes using fresh and local produce. The lamb mince kofta flatbread with quinoa tabouli, minted yoghurt and harissa was a favourite on the day.
