This week AMPR hosted an exclusive media preview lunch for the new Fenix Events in Richmond, after re-launching as a unique private event space this month.

Over 20 key media across food, design and lifestyle enjoyed a three-course lunch designed by Executive Chef, Roland Gordon, whilst taking in the new contemporary yet classic interior, created by the talented team at Shareen Joel Design.

The menu featured roasted bug tail ravioli, confit duck with beetroot puree and slow roasted Victorian pork along with decadent desserts including a ‘tastes of chocolate’ plate, leatherwood honey and yoghurt panna cotta and Meyer lemon and elderflower tart.

AMPR is excited to be working with The Maple Event Group in launching this gorgeous new space that encompasses so much potential for a range of events.
