We were proud to launch the highly anticipated project by Maison Davis, Claremont Tonic.

Claremont Tonic is the collaborative vision of Davis Yu and Head Chef Dylan Roberts. The two have developed a pan-Asian menu built on the sharp, vibrant flavours that dominate the region’s cuisines, designed with sharing in mind and served up in a space as energetic as the dishes themselves.

Entrepreneur Davis Yu, fresh from opening Touché Hombre in the CBD, welcomed guests and snakes to the playfully unique restaurant space in Claremont St South Yarra that is set to rock the Melbourne dining scene.
