Last week a few lucky Melbourne foodies were the first to get a taste of the new Yum Cha menu at Claremont Tonic.
Davis Yu and head chef Dylan Roberts collaboratively designed the menu that puts a modern twist on traditional Yum Cha. Boasting bright, sharp flavours the menu takes a unique approach to the traditional Yum Cha dining, just like the energetic space the dishes are served up in.
The Claremont Tonic Yum Cha menu features visually appealing, delectable dishes such as the Thai Spiced Pulled Duck Taco, Steamed Ox Cheek and Quinoa Fried Chicken Lollipops.
The cocktail menu is a star in it’s own right. Featuring delicious concoctions served up in a myriad of ways including Voronoff and Moreau, Coco Loco Fizz and Tiki Showdown.
The new style Yum Cha is available on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11am – 3pm, we highly suggest you check it out!
