Melbourne’s first mind and body health club, Kaya Health Clubs, opened its doors this month providing the city’s health conscious and active consumers with an entirely different experience to the usual health and fitness service.
To help celebrate the arrival of the new health club, on Tuesday November 20th AMPR launched Kaya Health Clubs by holding an intimate media event with special guest Pia Miller. Guests were treated to a reformer Pilates class taken by specialist Kaya Health Clubs instructor Tanya Lee followed by breakfast and an official welcome by the clubs owners Christian and Koula Ruggeri.
Based on the concept of the highly successful Elixr health clubs in Sydney, founded by entrepreneur Richard Chew, Kaya Health Clubs offers authentic yoga classes run by teachers who nurture their practice and have extensive local and international training in their field, as well as specialised Pilates group reformer classes run by instructors qualified by the Elixr School of Pilates, Australia’s leading Pilates education provider. Kaya Health Clubs also offers fitness classes as well as technically advanced and design-inspired cardio and weight areas which are fitted with the most advanced exercise equipment available in the country.
Kaya Health Club is located at 325 Chapel Street Prahran. For more information on memberships, facilities and classes please visit kayahealthclubs.com.au
We look forward to seeing you there!
